How it works
Classes last about three hours plus the meal. The usual shape:
- Meet your host, coffee and a quick tour of the kitchen or garden.
- Hands-on prep: pasta dough from scratch, a sauce, and tiramisù.
- Sit-down lunch or dinner eating everything you made, with local wine.
- Recipes to take home — real ones, scaled for a normal kitchen.
What's typically included
- All ingredients, apron and equipment

- Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menus on request — tell us in advance
Not included: transport to the venue. Most hosts are in Como town, Bellagio or the Tremezzina — reachable by ferry or a short taxi ride.
